It's been a somewhat dismal start to the week, so some ambient sounds made a perfect accompaniment to my bleak hours. The dark ambient/doom band I've been listening to are called Öröm, and hail from Hungary. Their 2015 album O is a fine offering, especially the track Hajnal.

The Funeral Orchestra is a doom band from Sweden. Sadly they're currently on hold, but don't let that stop you from checking them out. Opium de occulta from their 2008 EP ODO has a psychedelic, 60's horror vibe going on...addictive stuff.
