I don’t know how Orphan slipped my attention for so long – it was released way back in 2009 – but the other night I finally got around to sitting down and watching it. Usually I’m quite good when it comes to figuring out what’s going out in psychological horror movies, but Orphan had me in the dark right up until the big reveal. I was impressed. Very impressed. If you’re looking for a horror film with a difference this weekend, I’d suggest trying Orphan.
