This will sound most bizarre (remember which site you’re on) but when I look at this selection of work from Dutch artist Aline Eras, I feel as though I have a hair ball stuck in my throat, that keeps trying to make it’s way up into my mouth, to wrap itself around my teeth. I’ve had the top image stored on my desktop for days, and I’ve been studying it constantly. There’s something so haunting about Eras’s work, I’m intrigued to think what the faces would look like if they happened to be revealed.
