Sound Of The Day : Tanya Tagaq

I’ve long been a listener to the eclectic sounds of Inuk musician Tanya Tagaq, and got myself into something of a delighted frenzy when I discovered her fourth album Retribution on Spotify. It’s a phenomenal record which has already earned a place deep in my heart. It will, without a shadow of a doubt, be up there with my top three releases of 2016.  Below you’ll find my favourite track, Cold which features a lyric that I will carry with me always, and one we all need to take heed to…’Cause Gaia likes it cold.’
