I haven’t been listening to much music over the past few days. I’ve been struck down with flu, so haven’t actually been doing much of anything. However, today I let my curiosity get the better of me and I followed a link which led me to the Bandcamp page of Moonlore, an ambient band based in North Carolina. I found myself being enveloped by their album Likos, especially the first track Reprisal of Streamwatcher, which enables total disconnection from the modern world. If you discover one new band today, let it be Moonlore.
