It’s not often that I delve into the realm of Italian black metal, but today I thought I’d give Movimento d’Avanguardia Ermetico a listen. And I’m glad I did as their 2015 full-length Torri del Silenziois is rather spectacular. I’m not one who is overly fond of the Italian language as a whole, but it makes for a refreshing change to listen to it in a black metal context.
