There’s absolutely nothing better than starting the week with new, dark sounds. In this instance, it’s blackened ambient band Crown of Asteria. This one woman project is handled by the enormously talented Meghan Wood and is currently under one of my favourite labels Le Crépuscule du Soir Productions. Wood’s devastatingly atmospheric 2015 full-length Great Freshwater Seas will be on repeat for the foreseeable future.
