Something murky and meditative to bring the week to a close. My latest infatuation is with Swedish project Semilanceata, the musical endeavour of Wagner Odegard. On the project’s site, the music is described as ‘intoxicating infinity-acoustic-loop-drone gloom ambiance.’ Now, if that hasn’t seduced your curiosity, I don’t know what will. The track you’re about to hear is entitled Nær Sig Solen Slukna and is taken from Lifløse Som Stiærneth Hænge I Rymdvalf, a cassette release that was unveiled in 2010.
